Artist Maren Selvaag is a highly acclaimed improvising pianist and composer from Lillehammer, Norway. She is known for making unique artistic projects, such as travelling with a 210kg acoustic piano out in nature to play for her audience and create new music. She is sponsored by Steinway & Sons. Composer and conductor from Stockholm, exploring new formats to bridge the gap between art and the audience. In 2018 he recorded the overture to Mozart's "Così fan tutte" leading the Budapest Scoring Orchestra. He works in different capacities for the Vienna University Philharmonic, where he also sings in the Philharmonic Choir. He currently also spends some time guest conducting with different choirs in Vienna.
